ScoreWave ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Nexios (https://www.nexios-dz.com/), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

• Device Identifier: A randomly-generated anonymous UUID created on first launch. This is not linked to your personal identity.
• FCM Push Token: A token provided by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver match alerts and live score notifications to your device.
• Ad Delivery Data: Google AdMob may collect anonymous usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• Crash & Analytics Data: Firebase Crashlytics may collect anonymous crash reports to help us improve app stability.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any personally identifiable information. We do not require account registration.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver real-time push notifications (match goals, cards, kick-off reminders) via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Serve advertisements via Google AdMob to support the free operation of the app.
• Improve app performance and fix bugs through anonymous crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics).

4. Data Storage & Retention

FCM tokens are stored securely in our Supabase database until refreshed or until the user uninstalls the application. Notification deduplication records are automatically pruned after 24 hours. No other user data is stored on our servers.

5. Your Rights & Choices

• Notifications: You can enable or disable push notifications at any time in the app's Settings screen or system settings.
• Notification Sounds: Custom notification sounds can be toggled on/off in the app settings.
• Opt Out of Ads Personalization: Opt out of personalized advertising via your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).
• Clear Local Data: You can clear all cached data in the app's Settings screen, removing local match data and resetting ad frequency limits.
• Remove Ads: You can temporarily disable or remove ads by watching a rewarded video ad in the app's Settings or Plan page.
• Data Deletion Requests: Since we do not collect personal accounts or identifying data, deleting the app removes all local tokens. If you wish to manually request deletion of any push token associated with your device, contact our developer support team.

6. Children's Privacy

ScoreWave is rated "Everyone" and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable global privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Ad-Free Experience (Rewarded Ads)

ScoreWave is 100% free to use. We do not offer paid subscriptions or monetary in-app purchases. Instead, users can choose to temporarily remove ads by voluntarily watching a rewarded video ad in the app. No financial transactions or payment processing occur within the application.

8. Data Security

We implement strict security standards, including mandatory HTTPS encryption for all network traffic and Row-Level Security (RLS) on our Supabase database infrastructure.

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
